no battery,remote, or reciever

how much do they sell for retail? i'm looking into R/C again after 6-7 yr absense...lol
I just dig out my old Tamiya Manta Ray which I upgraded to CF chassi and put it away around 95-96. Now looking to mod the heck out of it again. LOL
