Also, is it $400 you mean USD or HKD?? I am debating whether get this one or get the 2005 W203 Halogen clear headlight.

In the US the right (passenger side) headlight and lens are aimed and point higher so as to illuminate the right road shoulder and signs better. The lens also projects light further on this side. The left (driver) headlight and lens do not project light as long as the other and are aimed futher down so as not to blind on-comming traffic.

The advice give to you by Amdeutsch basically warns you that the light projections and patterns might the reverse of the US spec I explained.
