The model# is CH-92. It works very well before I remove it from my sold 94 s420. It truns aux fan on at around 92C, makes your car running at cooler temp. I only have it for 3 months and I sold me car. I will sell it for $30.00+$3.00 shipping (priority mail wihtin 48 lower states).
