Be careful buying from C230 Oakland!
I really hope this is a mistake and he sends the wheels. If he does, I'll let everyone know but I just wanted to inform the community so that they don't have the same problems with this member that I have had.
Both of us wanted to pick up in NJ, pay cash at pickup, and he flaked on both of us. Wouldn't have known we were being scammed if not for BOB!
Thanks
Its worth the $5 or whatever it is to get items C.O.D. You can see what you are getting and then pay the mailman. Hope the Paypal reversal works out. Let us know how it went. I am curious about how much of a customer advocate Paypal really is.

Sad to see that even people with benzs got to steal for a living
Good luck,
BTW,he has a aol account,I believe if you get the police involed they will get his home address from AOL.
Go to the following website and file a claim:
http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp
I have just filed my claim and I am also getting the local authorities involved. Paypal will only release all of the information on the seller to local or federal authorities. Good luck!
I don't have any irrefutable proof of this, but I believe that this same person goes by the name of seandan at mbklasse.com, so beware of this person as well. I do have personal info about him but I will not post it until I am sure these two are the same people. We have a request into the moderators of both forums to cross check the IP addresses, but the mods over here have yet to respond.
I believe these two are the same people because they were selling the same rims, with the same ads, these ads closed on the same day. They both reported that their cars were broken into and systems stolen, and tried to sell the interior trim pieces replaced by the insurance company. They both live in Oakland, CA and drive '02 silver coupes. Also, both individuals have "disappeared," after allegations have arisen regarding this theft by deception. So beware.
