This is a brand new never used Ipod 40GB+Photo
It has the standard Apple 1 year warranty
I received it as a gift, but I'm perfectly happy with my 20GB version
This sells for $499 plus shipping on apple.com and they get about 435-460 on ebay plus shipping.

I'm looking for $425 or best reasonable offer.
The item is in NJ.
I prefer local pick-up, but I'm willing to ship
