I'm pretty sure. If I recall the C, CLK, and E all share the same bolt pattern. I think the S, CL, and SLK have their own. Thanks!

Actually, all MB cars have bolt pattern of 5x112. It is the diameter of the bolts that makes a difference. The wheels can fit on a W211 PROVIDED you have the matching bolts for the W211. Which means the buyer has to purchase a set of bolts from Brabus (or use the stock bolts).
