190E 1.8 manual for sale (located in UK)
1.8 manual. MOT Jul '05. Full service history. RHD. 5 seatbelts. ABS. Sunroof. Radio/cassette player. Central locking. PAS.
good condition
very reliable
5th seatbelt added by previous owner
M-B floor mats, service history
low mileage for year (115k -- probably good for at least another 100k)
front tyres have around 5mm tread, rears around 3mm
recent plugs and leads change
does not use oil or water, good oil pressure at all times
new rear silencer (cost £200)
Faults with the car:
exhaust is noisy -- the catalytic converter was breaking up so I had it removed (it's old enough not to need one for the MOT), and a new silencer section put in behind it, but there's still a sort of "hollow" noise
water temperature gauge doesn't work -- fan still comes on at the appropriate time and the car doesn't overheat
electric aerial is intermiitent -- I've temporarily extended it all the way and disconnected the plug
small dent in offside rear door -- hardly noticeable
