Well, that took forever, not sure why they didn't announce it alongside the coupe

Although it would hardly matter for most markets since the time of reveal to actual time of being able to buy, then the production and delivery wait time is anywhere from 1 to 2 years or more - by that time the the mid life update cycle has arrived LOL.
New car releases or reveals to actual acquisition timeframes along with the huge price hikes and unavailability of a lot of the systems and features has become a real joke since Covid but that's the World we all live in now unfortunately.

2018 C43 Cabriolet
Well, I'm just relieved that the vehicle is coming , even though its a year away . One additional bonus with the 53 cab is the addition of rear wheel steering from the coupe ,unlike the regular cab ,which for some reason went without .
I'm still confused with the actual quoted horsepower ,which seems to vary from 443 to 449 and 450 ,depending on whose reporting ?
If I decided on this Patagonia Red , I would probably get one of the night packages to give more contrast ,but very nice looking either way .

Spread the model range out and give themselves more coverage and publicity would be my guess.

Engine normal rating 443hp / 413lb-ft.
Overboost function increases torque only to 442lb-ft for 12 seconds...
Then there's the 48V ISG that when engaged (full throttle application) adds 23hp / 151 lb-ft
The Patagonia Red with the lighting used in the vids looks outstanding, agree the black pieces from the night package will look great - similar to the Patagonia Red GT with night package for a direct comparison.
