Mercedes-Benz is affected, but the CDK is working on it. Not sure how this is affecting deliveries.

Follow-up, one of the things that this HACK has affected is dealer inventory reporting. I just found out my dealer has a CLE 53 available for purchase, test drive , etc. This car is not on the Inventory List.
So, this is my rant about HACKERS: They need to be found, stoped, prosecuted and jailed! If there is one thing that AI NEEDS TO DO IS THIS, "Make the internet safe for children, old people and commerce!"

It has affected my latest purchase. I am still awaiting notice from the dealer that I can pick up the car.

Like a lot of words that have been politicized lately {"left", "right", "Semite", etc.), the word "hacker" has lost all meaning. Believe it or not, originally there used to be a hacker ethic. The objective was to gain access and maintain access. If everyone who goes caving breaks off a stalactite then after a while there's no reason to go into that cave, it's just a muddy hole. Same deal with hacking. By vandalizing the system you ruin the fun for all the other hackers. These days when someone says "hacker" they actually mean a website vandal or IP thief.

Well, there are three types of hackers: Red Hat, White Hat and Black Hat. So "not all" hackers "are bad".
