Black MB-Tex/microfiber w/Red stitching VS Black leather w/Red accents
I am not familiar with the MB -Tex/microfiber. I have read that the MB- Tex is as good as leather but are the microfiber inserts as good as leather as far as wear, comfort, cleaning and appearance? Is the leather worth $1670 more?
in a hot climate, the microfiber inserts are better than ventilated seats. They will not make your back sweaty whereas leather will, even with ventilated (which just uses cabin air to circulate through the seat).
They are extremely durable. I've had my puppy in the front seat numerous times with no issues. I clean them the same way I clean the leather. And they grip you more in spirited driving.
Visually, I prefer the leather seats.
