Go through the entire MBUX settings, there are plenty. Congrats on the car : ) Feel free to drop us some pictures.

Well, technically you have MBUX 3.0 NTG 8.0 but this covers most of it. The Routine that MBUX 3.0 brings is another thing you really should setup and turn on auto dashcam recording.
