Caution "Pothole"

As I was driving today, I started getting alerts about potholes and bumps. I hadn't heard these before (Ive only had my car for about a month and haven't driven it much yet).....I looked up and found this article from a few years ago....

I’ve only ever gotten those alerts via Android Auto/Waze.

I've received a warning or two in the past.
Technology or not, I'm always negotiating with the roads here in Ca.
20" rims, low profile tires and potholes, what could go wrong?
Will have my wheel alignment checked when I go for my tire rotation.
