Here’s a photo of what it looks like beneath the driver’s seat in my 2024 CLE53. Does your CLE53 look the same? I realize this might seem like an unusual question, but having so much exposed hardware feels like it could be an oversight. I’m curious if this is standard or unique to my car.

This jpg brings home how discreet and mindful I need to be (never mind the carwash personal) when cleaning under the seat, cable/connectors/motors, etc..
I yearn for the simpler days of manual seat adjusters & little in the way of electronic do-dads.
But the AMG smooth/powerful straight 6 cyl. and those (factory understated) 443 ponies and chassis, now that is something else.

Usually there is a fabric cover covering those components (at least for previous MBs) I am not sure that is not there for the CLE but might be normal for the model.

Not on any of my cars....none of em. On the E's there is a the storage cubby thing on the front of both seats - but, if you look under, no fabric. The C has far less stuff, the GLS far more stuff....

Interesting, looks like they got rid of it since a long time ago apparently.
