Mercedes Me app says my windows are open but they are not open
My Mercedes Me app says the two passenger side my windows are open but they are not open. A while back I disconnected the battery and I posted about this and I was told to roll the windows down, hold the switch for 10 seconds, roll the windows up and hold the switch for 10 seconds, which worked back then. It's not working now.
I put the top down for the first time in a long time, but that shouldn't have anything to do with this.
I've tried the up and down 10 second thing multiple times, it still doesn't work.
What am I doing wrong?
