Can the front passenger side airbag be disabled so the poor fella doesn't have to be in the back seat? That means the wife has to sit in the back.
The xbox won't be getting too much mileage soon I guess.

Just an FYI... It is proven that the safest place for your little guy is in the back seat. I know its a pain getting him back there, but I feel better knowing that MY little guy is safer. anyway, enough of my preachin'

Yes, I could probably afford it, but have this bad boy to pay for at the moment: http://www.xipi.net/~cklim/pics/album36 and at 10% deposit of the final price, that bites my bank account.

there is a MB seat that when pluged into the seatbelt will diable the airbag. It is about $800ish, I think. I have the same issue with my 6 month old in the back....it is tuff for my 6'2" 240 to get back in there to bolt her in!!!

Air bag disable
I thought the same. There is no way to disable the airbag without buying the official MB car seat for around $850.
The dealership in Vegas simply said, MB does not believe in putting kids in the front seat for safety reasons. Which I could not quite understand the logic as they do allow it if you pay them for their insanenly over priced car seat.
