Question for all you avid drinkers
I just spilt a whole cup of coffee in my CLK because the cup holder sucks! 
Has anyone found a coffee mug/tumbler that fits into the lower holder (the top holder is very unstable and precarious; it's more mechanically impressive than useful)?
Earlier this year I purchased the Mercedes 360 Travel Tumbler (http://www.thecollection.mbusa.com/c...90&parentId=20). Even though it says it fits all Mercedes, it doesn't fit the CLK. It's too big for the lower cup holder and in the top holder it falls out easily.
From what I can tell others have used the Audi coffee tumbler, which is pretty good, but doesn't fit all the way inside the lower cup holder. From what I can tell, a soda can fits just perfectly. Has anyone found a coffee mug with the exact radius of a soda can or a better fitting mug?

to tell you the truth i broke like 2 or 3 of those cupholders and when the last one broke i had enough of them. i just pulled out the whole assembly and just use it as one big cupholder/storage area if you will. now i can put water bottles to cans to large gatorade bottles in there with no problem and its deep enough where i dont have to worry about the drink spilling

Mine has broken too, gave up on it. Cupholders have never been a German stong point, as I dont think they use them much over there. Unlike an american minivan, each passenger has 3 or 4 cupholders, and a tv.
