How To Fix Squeaky Seats?

Hi guys i know this question has been posted b4 but i did a search, and i'm not sure how to fix this problem, some searches said to spray grease under the front seats and it will fix it, others said to put felt cloth were the plastic touches the seats...where exactly do i put the felt?i put my hand under and all i can feel is metal, is there specific way to fix this problem, should i take out the seats? Any info would be greatly help, the squeaky front seats are driving me crazy!!!
Thanks

I know there was an MB kit for this also per a service bulletin that I saw. I've been meaning to call the dealer and find out if they still have it. Anyone know? Let us know if the WD40 works. I'd be a little concerned about the smell...that stuff stinks.

In my -99 CLK430, I have managed to fix the squeks:

1. Squeaks coming from the side of the seat
Reason: the plastic side cover touches metallic seat frame
Solution: Removed the side cover, and bended those little plastic "teeth" that are in contact with the metal frame.

2. Squeaks from the seat meachanism
Reason: Metallic seat frame suspension elements, especially just below the front end of the seat, made sound when sat on the seat or moved on it.
Solution: Sprayed liquid oil on the moving parts (joints, etc.).
It helps if you have someone sitting on the seat while you are searching
the correct spots to oil.

I've enjoyed silent ride ever since, I hope it works for you too.

do you have any pics of how to remove the side parts? Also, has anyone found an effective fix to the door not closing problem? I've heard that you can install motors that will lower the window an inch or so when the door opens and raise it when it closes, apparently the air pressure inside the car with the door closing keeps it from closing fully? Do the later models have this window motor? I think the cabrios do
