Wierd, sounds like something rubbing maybe? Loose suspension component?

i doubt it's loose suspension componets... cause it's only when i'm stopped or while breaking.... and the sounds come on even if the car's not moving at all.... could it be something wrong within the engine and the sound is comming out of the exshaust pipes?

Could be, but i would think that a leak in your exhaust piping is more plausable. Check to make sure your muffler isnt separating from the pipes coming from the catalytic converter. Also, if you have the car stopped and put the breaks on and off does the sound come and go with the brakes? If so id get your brake lines checked.

the sounds does seem to go away when i releave the breaks? and comes back on once the breaks are applied again...
