Hello All,
I'm new to the Forum and though I'm working toward gaining some knowledge, I'm regretably ignorant about my 99 CLK430. It’s coupe with AMG style front spoiler, rear bumper and side skirts. My most pressing issue is that I have damaged the front spoiler for the 3rd time!? ….. I’m thinking I might try to find an AMG replica front spoiler, but I’m not even sure if anyone makes such a product or whether it is worth considering. Even if an AMG replica spoiler exists, I’m not really sure if I want to get one since it seems some of the other style spoilers ( Carrlsen / Lorenser, etc) might be more durable. Also...might not be wise to have AMG rear bumper and side skirts with a different style front spoiler...… ??

If anyone has any advice they could offer, it be welcomed / appreciated.

ebay has the AMG front bumper up for auction all the time....reconditioned and ready to paint. there are quite a few members have mixed and match different kits with the stock AMG

If you want a stronger bumper you're not going to find it in a fiberglass replica (They break VERY easily). The AMG bumper is about as strong as its gonna get. Plus the aftermarket bumpers are closer to the ground therefore causing more problems. Are you running into things with your bumper?

sorry i meant to say if those were replica amg style skirts on that benz, it looks a bit weird not sure if its because the car is higher on the kit is slightly different then the real amg one.
