Question Purchasing CLK320.. will there be a model change soon? advice please~

Hello~

My folks are set on purchasing a CLK 320 for a family cars.
I think the CLK's front end design which is similar to that
of a E-Class is getting a bit dated. I would like to know
if there will be any design or model changes in the near future,
as I would not want my parents disapointed about buying a new
car that looks dated (when the new variant is released.

Also... I would appreciate some suggestion in regards to options
and color combinations. Sorry for the OT but I think this is one
of the most informative and active boards around... and its
helped me out in the past~

Cheers

THE MOST CURRENT UPDATE. Hope this brings you up to speed.

Welcome WJS to this forum!

Enjoy the reports from Maff, our MBworld Ambassador. He is this week in Germany and sends these CLK 2003 updates.

It sounds like that the current CLK has several pluses/advantages over the new 2003 version.

ENJOY!

Few pointers

AS you mentioned, Current CLK front end looks like a E Class. Well, new E-Class is coming out soon and a lot better choice as a family car than a CLK. More roomier and better access to rear seats, bigger trunk, etc.

If you still consider CLK, I would recommend current CLK. Looks like new CLK will be more blended and smaller than the curent model. I have the new CLK500 on order, but thinking to stay with my current CLK.
