Although the new model is coming out soon....the new 2002 CLK is still in very high demand.
I put deposits at 2 different dealers for a 03 CLK. In mid May, my sales person called and said that she found the exact color and options in a 02 CLK430 at another local dealer. I could't let her slip by, so my sales person had to make a dealer trade to get that CLK. The final price was what the sticker said, but she did give me a $200 discount on CD-changer
Be realistic....the most you can get is probably a free 6 disc CD-changer. And of course, the situation varies depending on the car's color and option

.............I have a 1992 Mercedes 300CE in immaculate condition. It has VDO dayton navigation radio, 10 disc CD changer Euro front and rear headlights, 17 inch AMG wheels and integrated spring phone with voice dialing that mutes the radio when ohone is in use. For the right price, I may part with it. You are right the 300Ce is a great car. The problem I have found is that the car is a bit underpowered. Maybe not underpowered, but the gear ratio is such that acceleration from a dead stop keeps is slow especially if you own and have driven a CLK.

pretty nice discount. I couldnt wait any longer for the new 2003 so i got a 2002 clk 430 for 50,900 w/ k3 & heated seats and cd player.
it was not the only good quote i got. other places had pretty good deals like 430 w/ k3/k4 and cd for 51,800

i just bought my CLK430 a cupple weeks ago and i have K3, K4 and a cd changer. The sticker price was high $54,someting pretty much $55,00 But as someone else said they are actually still in a high demand. All of my dealers around here only had 1 if any.
