Unhappy Just got my Service A done. They didnt do anything

Just got my Service A done. They didnt do anything but change the oil and some random stuff. I was hoping my brake pads get changed, wipers replaced, and other goodies done to my car.

On your cars, what was replaced/changed?

How many miles do you have on your car. I seriously doubt you need your pads replaced at the Service A interval.
Mine was the same as yours: oil, fluids, tire pressure, etc. and a car wash

We change your pads when one of two things happens. First, if your "Brake Pad Wear" indicator comes on alerting you to the pad wear. Second, if the car is in for service and we notice that the pads are at about 10-15% pad life left, then we'll tell you about it and leave it up to you whether you want new pads put on or not. Pads are never automatically changed because the customer has to authorize it. They're not free. Also, if you wanted a new wiper insert, you should ask for it next time. Same thing, the wiper isn't free, you have to authorize it.

I believe the wiper inserts are free when changed in accordance with the FSS 'B' service.

I don't change wipers at B-services. The only time I change wiper inserts is when the guest mentions it. Wiper inserts aren't even given to the technicians at the parts counter as a part of a B-service.

Your parts counter is screwing people..

MBUSA lists on their page part of the B-Service is Wiper Blade replacements.

Linh, instead of paying $300 for "an oil change and a dust filter", you could always request an oil change and a dust filter instead of a B-service. You won't get all the inspections or the tire rotation, but it's your call.
