2000 CLK320 suspension suggestion.

ok...my sister's CLK320 is now 5 1/2 years old. Shocks are not gone or anything, but it feels mushy compare to my other friend's 2002 CLK320. Any suggestion on what brand of shocks would be best for the stock springs?

lowering is out of question since she's the one that drives it.

To add on to that question.....I've always wondered if it was really even worth it to go with Bilstien's or Koni's if you weren't going to lower it with H&R's or Eibach's.

if i can come across some used AMG set or other set...i might just get those for my sis. as long as it doesn't lower the car a lot

wouldn't using the AMG suspension potentially give it a taller riding height since it is designed to hold up a car with much heavier load than a 320?

I would say, if you aren't interested in lowering, just stick with OEM bilstein shocks... if the car ain't bouncing around or feels like the shocks are bottomed out, then just leave it alone... it doesn't sound like your sister is too concerned about performance handling or that lowered look...

but, any case, i would suggest going with bilsteins
