I would highly doubt it since they are slightly different in size and shape. MB has body-specific part numbers for each (208 and 210). If you look at a picture of both, you'll notice the E lights are slightly rounder where the CLK lights have a somewhat oval shape. Also, you'll see the two and have different mounting bracket shapes at the bottom between the high and low beam housings.
