Thanks Karl, but I have to mount the V1 close to the rear view mirror since it has a rear sensor. I'd like to see where others have tapped into around this area.

I have it located to the right side of the rear view mirror, w/velcro to the fabric on top.
Had it hardwired into my SL 500 to the rear view mirror garage door wiring by Sound Advice tech.
The MB sub tried this on the CLK 55 and messed/mixed up the wires. He then hard wired it to the cigarette lighter and everything works well!
