Michelin Pilot Sports A/S

I have got a 2002 CLK430...A few month a go I changed my front tires (with the stock 17" AMG) to the Michelin Pilot Sports A/S....Because I live in Vancouver and A/S is a better choice in wet. Anyhow, what I have noticed is when I do u turns, or very deep turns the front tires squeek quite a bit, and sometimes the slip! The other issue is in underground parking lots...corners are so loud, and they slip a lot....I recently changed my back to the same tires as well (of course they are a bit different in size) and they are perfectly fine....Although, it's the front wheel that makes these sounds when you do corners or turns...Any ideas?

I think Mercedes has posted a TSB about the use of Michelin A/S tires on the CLKs.

clk and Pilot Sports A/S

Yes, I am aware of that thank you...but that issue was with older releases, where the car would pull to right....I actually had them replaced to the newer version and that issue is gone....But now I have the slipping problem

4 wheels
The rubber could have hardened, best bet is to see if your tire guy will replace them for you.

Why don't you call Luke at The Tire Rack and talk w/ him about your problem. Even if you didn't get them from TTR he will help you understand what is going on and if you should call your tire dealer and what to say to him.
