I'm pretty sure the whole front end is one piece. All the way up and over the headlights. I went in and had a quote, when I had my clk. They wanted $1400 to replace it. You may be able to find it cheaper, but this place does all the work for some local benz dealers.

yea, the bumper itself it 1 piece, with the exception of that little insert/spoiler piece in the middle... retail for the oem bumper unpainted is about $1,700.

Might be cheaper and less risky to have a local outfit fix it. That's what I did and it's all good. Good luck.

Found a splitter (bumper insert) on Ebay if you need one:

It would if it fit. Per the site: "Does not fit CLKs with factory AMG Spoiler", which is every 430 I've ever seen.

430s come stock with the AMG kit on them. So you probably do have the AMG front end.

that "kit" you are looking at in the pic you posted is just an add-on piece for the bottom of a CLK320 bumper. Look at pics of a 320 compared to a 430, and you'll see what I'm talking about. And as a couple of members already stated, I have never seen a CLK430 w/o the factory AMG kit.
