CLK320 in snow?

How well does the CLK320 do in snow, with snow tires? I live in the northeast, among some small hills, though mostly avoidable.

Thumbs up CLK in snow

I'm from the north and learned to drive a stick shift. I live in Dallas now. We don't get snow here, we get ice. Even with that and the automatic, I was able to do fine. I switched the transmission to winter mode so it started in 2nd. I was able to go up hill on ice from a dead stop, although I did have to get thru an obstacle course of cars and minivans that were spinning out. I only had the original tires. I still say it's more the driver than the car, but I had as much control, or more than, the other cars on the road. I probably can't been the stick shift VW diesel I had in college for driving in the snow, but no complaints with the CLK.

CLK320, Carrera S
I live in snow country and have driven my CLK320 around with no problems. The tires are stock.

I would not want to dive through much more than 3 inches of the stuff but provided your regular commute is plowed regulary you should be okay.
