should I sell my clk320 2002 cabrio

I am on a waiting list for the new 2004 cabrio and hoping that I like it just as well. I have an ad coming out tomorrow with my 2002 and getting cold feet to let go of it..but I want to get my money out of it and not lose value since the model style is changing... I have another car to drive...any thoughts to help me out here....

Debbie,

You should definitely hold on to your 2002, as it will likely be at least another
year before the 2004 models come out.
There are still several months of driving
left in your area; it would be tough to go
the rest of the year without your current
CLK. I'm hoping my 2003 CLK cab will be
delivered within the next 4-6 weeks, if
that gives you any timeframe to work with for next year. One other thought,
the new model 209 cab may have some
bugs, it might be better to wait at least one model year for MB to get things
straight. Take a little time to think things
over.

are you getting a 2004 clk 320 or a clk500?

If the clk500, then sell the 320 now

If you have a 430 then I would just enhoy it.

I regret not spending the extra cash for a clk430, Although I love my car, reading this forum has me lusting for more power. If I had an extra car to drive I would sell mine and wait unless you feel that the new CLK cab will have an outragous premium. I paid sticker for my cab.

Another reason to wait is that the new CLK looks too much like the C class. Maybe when I see it in person it will look more like a streched SL, but if it winds up looking like a C class coupe cab then I will trade my car in for the BMW 6 series cab or an E class coupe cab (whatever comes first)
