Question on lowering my 320
#2
It costs a good bit, but not too much (my setup cost just a bit more than $1000). Get Koni shocks and H&R springs. Its a really good combo and the konis are adjustable, but for our cars you have to take the shock out of the car to adjust it (it is not the knob adjusted type). I'd watch for making sure your wheels arent too big (to avoid bottoming them out on your wheel wells, but with 17s and smaller you should be fine). Also, make up your mind on the spring pad size and firmness setting for the shocks that you want before you get them installed.
To really answer your question we'd need to know what you want after you have it lowered. just a low look or better handling? how low do you want it? How big are your wheels/the wheels you want to put on it?

00 clk 320 and 3 hondas. Darn I am down to 4 cars.
I just lowered my 320 with eibach springs. they lower the car about 3/4" not as much as the H&R. I would recomend getting #1 pads for the front and leaving stock pads in the back. With the eibach springs you really don't need aftermarket shocks. the ride is 90% like stock, so if you want performance go with H&R. I just wanted the lowered look so eibach is the way to go.
I did it myself with a friend over a saturday.

I have 19's with hr's and the konis set to full soft and i never bottom. I have number 1 cushion in the front and 4 in the rear since my car is a cab it is lower in the back by default cuz of the weight. Rides real good
