ebay has some RS front bumpers
Came across this today on ebay. A company in Laguna, CA is selling these.....just another option to felix's company, except this one is in the US atleast. Looksl like they are using fiberglass tho...and not that GFPRP material felix uses..heres the link...

cool, looks like what I need! I cracked my left side of the bumper going up a steep driveway. the crack is on the bottom, but is climbing up the entire bumper just like a window crack.
Not sure if it it can be fixed or just have to replace the bumper?

Also, you should know that the picture he's using isn't one of his kits - that's a Carlsson pic from their website. Ask to see real pics (or take a look at the kit in person)
