Hi Greg,
I don't really have an answer as the question is way too broad. For example, Mercedes-Benz made several W202 models like the C43, C280, C36, C220 and C230 kompressors, among others. In europe, the C55 was an AMG special.
Now, on to the W208s: CLK55, CLK430, CLK320 (in the states), and others elsewhere including the CLK200 and CLK230. Part numbers are important here. For example, the springs and dampers from a W202 C280 will not work properly on my CLK55 W208.
Koni makes hundreds of different products, and not all applications will work for your needs. Personally, I am not familiar with the Koni lineup, but would encourage you to get part numbers and contact Koni directly in order to determine the proper application.
Good luck.
