I thank you, and also, what type of exhaust is this on the picture included. I thank you. I know that it will be hard to tell by the looks of this picture, but I thought I'd give it a shot. I have no idea. Are there ideas?

No, its not a cheap part, its an after market exhaust. I asked Mercedes and they stated that its better than the stock exhaust. The car is not loud at all, it actually purrs a bit better but without the growl. They just could not give me a name. They lifted the car and it was placed on very well. I asked if this was just a cange in tip, they showed me and they said no.

I've never seen an exhaust setup like that. Very unusual, with a single tip angled up...why not have changed to twin tips?

Many CLK owners prefer the growl of the V8, and the stock 430 and 55 exhausts bring a nice throaty exhaust note. That car has been neutered.
