Child Recognition Center

So I am having a problem with a faulty sensor in the passenger side seat with a Child Recognition Center Sensor or what not
SRS Airbag light went on so I took it to the man and he told me that this sensor is faulty and to repair it, it would cost me 610+tax.... the piece only costing me 137 bills!
Is it me or does the piece to labor price ratio seem a little bit out of wack... foockin thieves!

Someone please give me the name of a good CD/DVD MBCLK430 Manual so I could figure how to take it apart (the seat and sensor) myself and fix this faulty sensor. Thanks in advance

If you don't want to purchase the CD, you can sign up here for 24 hours and get it all here:

Good luck.

How detailed is this website?

Could a man with somekind of mechanical know how use this to get thru a minor project... I.E. taking apart a seat?

I guess benz caught on and decided to offer their services/manuals for a fee instead of losing it to the internet pirates.

Thanks again men...

I honestly don't know. I don't even DIY oil change.

Startek provide every WIS (work instructions) available for each vehicle. If you're not familiar with them, they're the simple step-by-step instructions to remove and install anything from your vehicle.

Startek is kind of a pain in the *** so have several hours available to do this and be sure to have a true PDF file printing application to print the files for saving unless you want to keep all hardcopies. You also need to install Java if you don't have it already.

REMINDER: Your dealer can provide you with the WIS. If they won't, call around. Mine gives me whatever WIS I want, IF I say please.
