Hi! everybody,
anybody know will the factory warranty be void if you change to a bigger wheel. from a factory 16" to carlsson 19". will it affect any factory warranty?......the dealer told me it depend on the problem but they didn't really tell me exactly what the problem is....

hmm....
I dont know how it could possibly void your warranty, as you can purchase custom wheels from Mercedes from the factory. I mean maybe it could, but how? If they tell you that, I think you should raise a little hell....
I am still completely under warranty with my mods according to the technician at the MB dealer.

No, changing wheels will not void your warranty. I'm pretty sure the dealer was saying that just to cover his a$$.
the dealer has to prove that your modification directly resulted in the part failure. So, changing out wheels resulted in blown gasket? eh? oil leak? eh?
but yea, ignore it.. you live in LA, aftermarket is a lifestyle here. You will have ZERO problems with the warranty issue.
