Anyone Use Stainless Steel Brake Lines?

Has anyone purchased and installed braided stainless steel lines? I understand that unlike rubber brakelines, braided stainless steel lines do not expand under pressure – therefore providing the fastest way to transmit hydraulic pressure from your foot to your calipers. For those who have them do you notice that the stainless steel brake lines eliminate spongy brake pedal feel for reliable high performance braking? Any feedback is welcome for this performance modification.

The Goodridge Brakeline Kits (#G-w208Clear) from formymercedes.com are $135.00. Anyone recommend these or any other companies? Thanks.

I have Goodridge that came with my Brembos and they work very well. None of that "spongy" feeling you're talking about. Solid performance.

No more spongy brake pedal feel. It was a worthwhile mod for me.
