looking to change bulbs to hyper whites...(more)

does anybody know the breakdown of the bulbs (type/shape) I will need:

A. Front Turn Signal Bulbs?
B. Side Turn Signal Bulbs (on the 99 CLKs)?
C. Rear Turn Signal Bulbs?
