99' CLK 430
99 CLK 430 A/C Issue

My car will only blow cold on the first 4 fan settings. I thought it may be low on freon. I had the system evac'd and recharged. It still only blows cold on the first 4 fan settings.

If I turn it to max, the air gets warm in about 10-15 seconds. Once I do that and try to turn it back down it won't get cold again.

I called my local MB dealer, and also got some questions answered on this forum. From what I hear it's possible that it's the Evaporator Temp Sensor. I order it from http://maximumautoparts.comas they seem to beat everyone else's prices on everything.

Like to hear you input.
