Heres a teaser pic for now. More to come after the show next week. What do you all think of the design of the hood?

j/k I'm gonna copy you with the projectors, if they EVER make them!
Im gonna look for a company that will make us urethane front bumpers that fit well. Its SO annoying when these JDM guys are like "dude your bumper fits like sh*t". Usually my response is "b1tch, my mods cost more than your car!" haha. I am willing to shell out the extra cash for a perfect fitment. If I find anybody I'll let you all know and maybe we can get a group buy to cut down on the costs.

i am in for a urethane bumper if you find someone...cuz this bumper altho better than most still sucks on the corners, gotta bend it waay too much to get it to mount up to the bumper....Amad, the hood looks a lot better, it was way too much carbon fiber before....didnt someone else have their carbon fiber hood painted like that ...he also painted his roof black...i think someone here bought his hood when he parted out..anyways...good job man

your hood's carbon fiber spot flows a lot better into the roof than VIPclk's.....ever think of picking up a cheap 320 bumper and molding on the bottom RS kit to it? that should fix your fitment issues...like josh did

I see from the pic you decided to paint out the roof strips, good choice, the lines look a lot cleaner with those painted out, flows very well in to your roof wing.

There is a gap on one side but nobody really notices unless you really stare.

*sorry for the hijack BB*

I do get a lot of requests for the projectors and I have considered building them on a large scale, but there are issues:

1. Financial- I used my stock housings and shopped around for a month or so for a good deal on top of the line used parts (I would not like to do this on the cheap) and of course my own labor and still payed over $600. To do this for others it would require purchasing new or used housings (unless you can do without night driving for a week or so). I would have to factor in my labor, parts availability and so on. I would suggest not using your own housings if you have an extended warranty.

2.Locale- Although they are basically plug and play, the OEM harness must be spliced and a new harness added. Many of you could do this(pretty easy) but many could not.

3.Dependability- Since I figured out how to make them moisture proof they have not failed and the original (used) bulbs are burning strong. I imagine the same dependability for any others I would make but my field research is limited to my set only. In addition, I've had the bad bulb warning ever since I put in my first l.e.d., long before the headlight mod. Would these headlights cause this warning as well? I can't say for sure. it may require equalizers (no biggy).

I'll figure out what the overall cost would be and post it.

Hey TK, did you take your hood shocks off the c/f hood? Mine used to be higher on one side (cuz I only had one hood shcok on). When I removed both hood shocks it fit right.

Its funny that you mention that. I felt the same way, I even asked the body shop to cut out the euro plate from my old bumper and put it on the new one after I saw it, lol. It has grown on me and i think it looks cleaner. The euro plate looked more agressive. I'm not really sure which one I like more yet.

It was time for a change and I wanted to do something different. I was also sick of people asking me if I got into an accident and why dont I paint my "black" hood. I liek the sig pic but It just didnt look that great from different angles. I think it looks alot cleaner now. Since I do go to shows, being unique gets you more points.
Why does the car on the left shake in the pic?
