Not sure exactly who, but its a taiwanese company with the OEM emblem

I just brought one

Very cheaply made since the grille is not very tough
when you close your hood, do not pull on the grille too hard or you will crack them........

got that locally here in sacramento
but saw that on ebay
paid $235 for this and he added the benz valve stems for my wheels and a benz hood emblem for FREE

go on ebay and you will see many of them but not all are all BLACK fins
most got the chrome strips on the fins except this model

it looks as if the grill pictured does not have the frame that goes around it like the more expensive SHATZ (spelling??) one has. I've heard from several other members that the SHATZ one is made more rugged and durable....and is a lot more easier to install.

Not sure how much easier can this be since its only a few screws off and on
the only problem you get from this grille is, you need to replace the stock ones or drill the holes on the grille bigger.
the holes that came with this grille is smaller than our stock bolt size
I had to use some home depot nuts and bolts to install this
