Melted Tail / trunk fog lens

I had dealership smoke my tails and I have to say they look great, very even coats applied with a Pneumatic Spray Gun and the cost was very affordable.....bad news was after 24 hrs of having the car back the lighted
driver side trunk fog melted / warped a bit right over the bulb.....

....stranger still I never run my rear fogs?! If I do its an accidental dbl pull on the light knob and its not on for long.

So very nice gesture on the part of my service advisor.....he orders a new lens pulls in the painter dude and installs a new, well matched lens...

I get it home on Saturday and by Sunday I notice the lens was warped/melted again in exactly the same spot....? Drove to work this morning and made a point to feel the lens when I parked her and she was relatively cool compared to the brake lights...
