oh just wondering if there were any mirrors like the DTM ones. ones broken so i thought i might as well change them both if there was something different.

Thrill, I know exactly what you're talking about ('chemical change'). The moulding around the glass has a seam. In my case, the seam 'split' and developed a 'leak', causing the fluid behind the glass to leak out or something. I had my guy change it out free but unfortunately, the mirror itself cost $340! The new glass/mirror has black rubber moulding that does NOT have a seam in it like the original. By the way, there are two types of mirrors. One has a heating element connection and the other one doesn't.
