sunroof malfunction

Mine does the same thing. Also my power windows do not go up with one touch (although they cruise down with a flick of the switch).
I have done the procedure for resetting the ECU multiple times. While it always helps with performance it's never solved either of these.
Perhaps since mine is a 1999 neither of these features exist and I'm screwed.
Does anyone know?

Well I disconnect the battery, but after restoring the power there are several steps you have to go through in order to get things [like the funky sunroof] to work again. I have the list of things to reset in my car - I'll post later.
There's also the good ol throttle reset procedure that unmaps any learned throttle and transmission settings, restoring your car to its original neck-jerking splendor (assuming 430 or better) IT really works...
