New Bumper + Paint???
Hey guys..I'm in the market for a new bumper for my 430Baby and I was wondering what is the going rate for a front bumper paint job and install? I see a nice bumper that I would like, but I would like to know how much I should be looking to spend on the back end geting it painted CORRECTLY to match the rest of my brilliant silver paint...Thanks in advance guys and ladies...

Mine was about 1300 when I had it replaced about a year and a half ago. That did not include the removable crossbar. This was a new authentic mercedes cover. Paint match was excellent.

I went to the dealer for the price of the actual bumper and it was $1100...but are you saying that you paid an additional $1300 for the paint and installation or the entire deal (bumper, paint, and install)?

I was out the door for $1300. The bodyshop doesn't pay the same price for the cover that you or I would.
My invoice showed the body shop cost. Just to make sure they weren't gouging me on the price of parts, I called a dealer to verify the price to me and was told something around $1100.

Are you looking for a new stock bumper or aftermarket(lorinser, brabus etc..)? If aftermarket get the Lorinser DTM kit. Should look very nice.
