B Pillar Blues

Got tired of my 208 having B pillars and not open like the new 209, so I went down to the local fire dept and asked if I could borrow their metal cutter,I cut out my B pillars and proceeded to cut out the rear windows, all was great cruising around as the first 208 without B pillars,I had the best of both worlds, the muscular 208 with the open CL type look of the new 209...so there I was down in South Beach with a crowd around me and my "208.5" what could be better, I beat the system, then the most beautiful blond model I've ever seen walked up to me sitting in the car and said "wow this is the best looking benz I've ever seen, please take me home" I thought to myself I did it!....then without any fore warning the roof caved in! the blonde cursed me out, the crowd turned on me and began rocking my car and finally flippped it over, they lit it on fire and called me a fraud, the cops came and cited me for causing a riot, I was fined $5,000.00, my local benz dealer barred me from the dealership and my girlfriend found out about the blonde...sure wish I had my B pillars back.

I didn't realize that it was you that made the evening MIAMI news !!

That scene looked so tragic - with the pillarless CLK going up in flames - and the girlfriend beating up the blonde under the palm trees on South Beach.

What a tragic loss!
My condolences...

...it's almost funny.
