CLK320 2002
Sensors

Anybody know how many sensors are needed when changing the brake pads ( front and rears). ive got a clk320 2002 the parts department did not know how many and all i could find when searching is for the 430 not sure if there is an difference.

I had this same question as I know I'm going to be changing my brakes and rotors soon. Anyway, at this site it says my 99 clk430 has the 2 pin rear pad while 2000-03 have 1 pin. Take it for what you will........

Duh.....I must have just completely blanked when reading your question. You asked about sensors. I'm not sure on that.

You only need two for the fronts the rears don't have sensors even though there is a spot for them on the pads, go figure. That's cost cutting for you.
