Upgrading wheels
Hi,
I am planning on on upgrading wheels on my clk 320 cab, from 17'' to 18''. Currently I have my 17'' wheels stagerred, do I need to have 18'' stagerred wheels? Also, is there a big advantage of having wheels staggered?
Any help is highly appreciated.

Yes, you will probably want the stagerred setup. The rear fenders have more room than the front, and thus need a wider wheel to fill them out correctly. An un-stagerred setup will result in a less agressive appearance for the entire car. An advantage to non-stagerred is that you are able to rotate all 4 tires, however, most people on here would probably agree that being able to rotate all 4 tires is over-rated...

well my 19" are on order and tire to be this week as well. My new question for LZ_Clk is did you have to change your wheel stud's with the new rims and if you did what did you go with size and what not?
I am having a tough time figuring out if teh W208 use's 12 or 14MM in size and what length.
