tell me the diffence between 320 aND 430
Could someone tell me what the diffrence between the two are. I know its a dumb question but hey. I espically want to know if their is a size diffrence I already know about the performance diffrence.

If the quesiton is strictly about size. physical aspects and dimensions are the same inside and out.
of course, the 430 is a little heavier. but size inside in terms of usable space, they are both identical

The interior and exterior appearances are a little different. For 430, the windows have a bluish tint, standard sports package, black maple birdseye wood. For 320, there's a chrom color trim around the windows and etc.

For 2002 the CLK320 have the option of sport package that will make the car looks like the CLK430 from 99-2001.
Also for 2002, the CLK430 have different rims from before. 99-01 uses the monoblock, and 02 uses the thin-spoke.
The 430 gets dark maple trim and blue tint glass. The 320 gets burl walnut trim and regular greenish tint glass. Other than these few points, it's all the same.

2001 CLK 55 AMG
430 has ground effects (side skirts) and 320 doesn't.
430 and 320 have different exterior door handles and fog lamps.
320 stock wheels are fugly.
I think the 430 looks much better than the 320. However, the exterior differences between the 430 and 55 are almost non-existent (AMG badges, dual-tip exhaust are pretty much it.)
