'99 CLK 430 - Want to Buy Something
I am thinking of selling my '99 CLK430 becuase of interior squeaks and Misc small issues, like loud Wind noise. While I like the power, styling and frankly, the curb appeal, I want something else - Any suggestions? I get my cars wholesale from the Exotic Auto Auction and plan on spending 35k - 40k but no more than that.

if the car is still under warranty... i would opt to have everything fixed under warranty and keep the clk, its a great car
besides, why risk buying from an auction when you don't know what idiot did to their car previously. you could get a cherry or you could get a big fat lemon.... thats a lot of lemon for $35-40K

Spend $2500 on a good extended warranty and keep the car, that's what I did.
Nothing will come close for $35-40 anyways....
you can get a C240.... but why move down....and you will hate it cause of the lack of power and none-curb appeal...
