parts.com has it the cheapest. you can search for the individual part numbers on this forum (listed many times) and buy them there.
The components are: airbox housing w/ filters, amg cover, 2 tubes. You can make the 430 tubes fit, but it's not perfect. Tubes are like $80 each or more tho.

i got the airbox, cover, hoses etc from a friend that works for mercedes, but www.oempartsdirect.com has a price of only about $40 or so higher than what i paid total should be around $470 or something...heres the part numbers:
1. Air Cleaner p# 113-090-01-01
2. Hose p# 113-090-03-82
3. Hose p# 113-090-02-82
4. Cover Plate 113-010-05-67
5. 4 Brackets 112-094-00-41 (i didnt need these because there were brackets already on the airbox but some people mention them when they mention the necessary parts for the airbox for some reason)
Green filters - i used 2295 and they fit fine...people say 2240 work fine too...do not try any other part numbers though as theres some confusion about the correct one...i personally know 2295 fits...ppl have also said 2240 but thats up to you...only site i found the correct ones for a good price was www.morethantires.com...

CLK55 / E350 Coupe
Fresh ECU reset would be something to do. ECU will learn the new volumes available.

I think regular 430 engine cover looks better... As i don't like the way AMG cover looks, I just bought a Brabus 5.8 airbox .
I don't have pictures right now, I will take few and i wil post soon.
Just curious, does this airbox add any HP? It looks like the normal one...

99CLK320,
is there something i should do with the ecu? There are companies like INMotionusa.com, Powerchip, Speedtuning and others that will remap your ECU to maximize settings. I used INM for my 320 and improved performance and mileage. The car runs stronger and I get 32mpg on the highway.

Airbox from OEMPARTSDIRECT arrived about 5 days after placing the order. I live in PR so it takes awhile. Paid $419 for the set-up and all looks good. Just got my green filters ($100) today so i will be installing tomorrow for the road test. keep you posted on how it performs...
